About the Role

Your responsibilities as a Sales Development Representative will be to prospect and qualify opportunities with senior decision makers across the UK and Ireland. You will work highly collaboratively with experienced Sales Account Executives to win new business.

This role will be part of an established, high-performing SDR team that consistently overachieves against their targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities with senior decision makers
  • Work collaboratively with Sales Account Executives to win new business
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • Experience in an outbound B2B sales role
  • Highly motivated to maximize activity and overachieve targets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to succeed
  • Experience using Salesforce, working in a start-up or FinTech company are beneficial
  • Ability to talk passionately about what GoCardless does
  • Good at finding ways to motivate yourself and teammates
