About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our Amazon Logistics team. As a Programme Manager, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and delivering world-class solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Vision and Planning: Partner with our tech organization to develop business requirement documents (BRDs) and contribute to the prioritization of technology initiatives.
  2. Risk Management and Software Design: Identify areas of business risk and impact, and provide input on software design to support lean processes and standard work.
  3. Programme Delivery and Adoption: Act as a gatekeeper for prioritizing software enhancements and feature requests, and serve as the interface with our delivery stations to drive adoption of changes.
  4. Metrics and Performance Management: Set clear objectives for programmes, leveraging data analytics to drive improvements and achieve metrics.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with counterparts in other functional areas, including Safety, Quality, Learning, and Loss Prevention, to drive standardization of core process elements.
A Day in the Life

You will work closely with operational teams, including Engineering, Quality, and Execution, as well as technical teams, such as Software Engineers and Product Managers, to drive innovation and deliverables according to our operational plan.

About the Team

Our Tech Subject Matter Expert (SME) team acts as a catalyst for change, driving innovation at the operator level and prioritizing technology initiatives. As a Programme Manager, you will define the problem, solution, and process used to deliver best-in-class technology to the field.

Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree.
  2. Experience: Experience in programme or project management, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  3. Skills: Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and V-LookUps, and SQL knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Education: Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, or related field.
  2. Skills: Data visualization tools experience, such as Tableau or PowerBI.
