Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and refine policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in our business operations.
  • Customer Service and Order Processing: Prepare and present reports on customer service performance, order processing accuracy, and administrative communications to senior management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Software and CRM Systems: Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Continuous Improvement: Experience with continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
