Overview:
KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee and coordinate office operations. This is an independent role, giving you the opportunity to make a lasting impact and shape the office environment to your vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure all invoices are properly coded, authorised, and recorded
- Prepare and send quotes to clients based on pricing structures and customer needs
- Follow up with clients regarding quotes to ensure timely responses
- Maintain office supplies and manage relationships with customers
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with other clerical duties as needed
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service
- Resolve administrative issues and respond to customer inquiries
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting
About You:
- Familiarity with financial processes and bookkeeping
- A passion for creating a productive working environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
