Overview:

KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee and coordinate office operations. This is an independent role, giving you the opportunity to make a lasting impact and shape the office environment to your vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming and outgoing invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure all invoices are properly coded, authorised, and recorded
  • Prepare and send quotes to clients based on pricing structures and customer needs
  • Follow up with clients regarding quotes to ensure timely responses
  • Maintain office supplies and manage relationships with customers
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with other clerical duties as needed
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service
  • Resolve administrative issues and respond to customer inquiries
  • Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting
