Housing Officer - 3 month contract inside IR35 - Stoke

£16.26 per hour

Lorien's leading public sector client is seeking a Housing Officer with a background in social renting housing income to provide efficient, effective, and responsive housing management services within a designated work area.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide housing management services within a designated work area, including tenancy management, management of anti-social behaviour, estate management, and identification of tenancy support, advice, and referral to appropriate agencies.
  2. Manage cases, maintain direct involvement, identify factors, and develop appropriate actions in line with priorities and practices.
  3. Keep abreast of all relevant legislation and contribute to the overall performance of the Directorate through personal performance, co-operation with other groups, and in support of initiatives as approved by the Strategic Manager - Housing Management.

Requirements:

  • Background in social renting housing income
  • Experience in housing management services
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
