Position Overview

Technical Customer Liaison Manager

Location: West Essex

Compensation: £45,000-55,000

Benefits: Private Health Care

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and align site technical protocols.
  • Provide support and direction to the site Technical Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Assurance team, and Operations teams regarding technical specifications and standards.
  • Assist various internal departments in evaluating and updating their processes and documentation as they pertain to technical specifications.
  • Facilitate communication within the organization to ensure all parties are informed of and comply with the technical standards mandated by clients.
  • Manage and disseminate any alterations from clients that impact policies or products to maintain continuous internal adherence to client specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to client technical specifications by monitoring and contributing to relevant technical systems, including:
    • Specifications
    • Artwork
    • Client feedback and quality inquiries
    • Product rejections
  • Coordinate and convey client technical objectives, priorities, and targets, ensuring they are pertinent to the organization.
  • Identify technical enhancements that could benefit the organization and its clients, and execute related project initiatives.
