We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Liaison Specialist to join our team at Woodland Group. As a Key Account Liaison Specialist, you will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for our customers, resolving any issues or concerns they may have regarding the receipt, storage, and shipping of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure that all necessary measures are in place to meet their needs.
  • Liaise with customers and colleagues to ensure timely receipt of documents.
  • Monitor the progress of customer orders and provide regular updates to customers.
