Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team at Ergea UK and Ireland Limited. As a key member of our Technical Support team, you will be responsible for managing e-quip spare parts data, assisting with procurement, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage e-quip spare parts data including quality control and supplier relationships.
- Assist with procurement activities, including spare part identification and OEM liaison.
- Update D365 with biomed spare parts data in line with e-quip.
- Enhance spare part data by linking to equipment models and adding photos.
- Perform data mining activities and produce reports as required.
- Support approvers in managing changes to orders.
- Work with procurement to control pricing and preferred suppliers.
- Undertake other reasonable tasks as directed by the UK Technical Support Manager.
- Manage financial approval levels within e-quip.
- Comply with quality assurance and health and safety policies, maintaining a high standard of customer service and protecting the health and safety of colleagues, customers, and the public.
Key Accountabilities
- Support procurement activities undertaken by the Technical Support team.
- Understand e-quip and D365 ordering systems.
- Liaise with line managers to process biomed orders.
Performance Indicators
- Innovate and streamline processes to ensure timely responses and data integrity.
Requirements
- Inventory experience
- Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Ability to manage workloads and prioritize tasks
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Full UK driving license
