About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. As a vital member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling enquiries, and managing bookings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to guest enquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring swift and effective resolution of issues.
  • Manage Bookings and Enquiries: Utilize our booking system to facilitate guest orders and provide expert advice on our attractions and packages.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to meet personal and team targets, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop Subject Matter Expertise: Stay up-to-date on our attractions and packages, becoming a trusted source of information for our guests.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different situations and guests.
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a similar role, with experience in managing customer enquiries and resolving issues.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Availability to Work Flexible Hours: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, with a minimum guaranteed hours of 30 per week.
