We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling enquiries, and managing bookings in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service: Respond to guest enquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every guest feels valued and supported.
  • Manage bookings and enquiries: Utilize our booking system to facilitate guest orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with team members: Work closely with colleagues to meet personal and team targets, ensuring that our guests receive the best possible experience.
  • Upsell and cross-sell: Identify opportunities to enhance guest stays by introducing additional products to our Short Breaks packages.
  • Meet performance targets: Achieve objectives and surpass sales targets in our dynamic Contact Centre environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills: Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
  • Previous customer service experience: Have previous experience in a similar role, managing customer service, sales, upselling, and swift resolution of customer enquiries.
  • Ability to work in a team: Be able to collaborate with team members to meet personal and team targets.
  • Flexibility and adaptability: Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
