Job Summary:

Tate is seeking a temporary Customer Services Advisor to join our team in Chessington, Surrey. As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers to resolve queries and issues
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Services team to achieve excellent customer service standards
  • Commit to working full-time between October and January
  • Work weekends, with opportunities for time and a half and double time pay

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Focus on providing excellent levels of customer service
  • Ability to respond to queries in a timely and accurate manner
