About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our team at Sunbelt Rentals Careers. As a Service Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our Service Centre, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and meet our business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Service Centre Manager in managing the Service Centre team, ensuring that we maximize our performance and achieve the highest possible standards of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with our contract administration procedures, ensuring that we deliver a high-quality service to our customers.
- Coach and motivate employees to get the best from your team, delivering an excellent service to all customers.
- Ensure that all aspects of work and process are carried out in-line with Health and Safety guidelines, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
- Ensure that the quality of customer care/service and products provided reflect the highest levels of excellence, meeting our business standards.
- Deputise in the absence of the Service Centre Manager, taking on additional responsibilities as required.
About You
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. You will also have a good understanding and experience of managing Health and Safety practices at work, with a self-motivated approach to achieving high-quality standards.
