About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sterile Services Supervisor to join our team at STERIS Instrument Processing. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient practices for decontamination, instrument assembly, and sterilization of instruments, consumables, and equipment within predefined quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and effective supervision to ensure timely delivery of clean and/or sterile instrumentation.
  • Monitor, maintain, and record all department quality assurance records in accordance with the QMS.
  • Proactively monitor, evaluate, and ensure that operational activities fully comply with required Health and Safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Participate as an integral member of the management team and actively contribute to suggestions of innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices.
  • Assist and support the Production Manager in the planning and operational process.
