Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service: Respond to guest enquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every guest feels valued and supported.
- Manage bookings and enquiries: Handle guest bookings, cancellations, and amendments, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
