We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling enquiries, and managing bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service: Respond to guest enquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every guest feels valued and supported.
  • Manage bookings and enquiries: Handle guest bookings, cancellations, and amendments, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with team members: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
