Our dynamic team in Bristol is now seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to support our growing operations.

Role Overview:

As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Bristol office. You will support our Quantity Surveyors and project teams with a variety of administrative tasks, including paperwork management, reconciliation, and maintaining various tickets and training records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Quantity Surveyors and project teams with administrative tasks, including document preparation and management.
  • Handle reconciliation and ensure accurate record-keeping of project documents.
  • Manage and maintain various tickets, training records, and ISO procedures.
  • Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Assist with marketing and business development paperwork as needed.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing supplies, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.
  • Support the training processes and procedures within the company.
Requirements:
  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in an office administration role, ideally within the construction or related industries.
  • Familiarity with marketing and business development paperwork is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of administrative duties with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.
  • A sociable and approachable personality, able to foster positive working relationships.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
