As an ERP System Administrator, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining the ERP system, including customer, supplier, and product data. You will also be responsible for developing reports and providing advice on ways to utilize ERP data throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP System Administration: Administer and maintain the ERP system, including customer, supplier, and product data.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop reports and provide advice on ways to utilize ERP data throughout the organization.
- Inventory Management: Book in goods and reconcile delivery notes with invoices.
- Data Management: Create and update customer and materials details on the system.
- Pricing and Product Management: Maintain product pricing master lists and oversee the closure of non-buying customers.
- Business Intelligence: Develop, produce, and manage reporting on ERP and Excel.
- Customer and Product Management: Offer support in identifying lapsed customers and potentially obsolete products.
Requirements:
- ERP System Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems, including administration and maintenance.
