We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Service Admin.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Admin, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and exceeding expectations. You will work closely with our clients to gain a deep understanding of their activity, campaigns, products, vision, and values. You will also become a campaign expert, mastering the administrative details of your assigned campaigns, and handle all communications, including post, written correspondence, and other channels as agreed.

  • Update systems accurately and maintain campaign information
  • Exceed performance targets and meet quantitative and qualitative goals
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on client and contact center requirements
  • Adhere to client protocols and procedures

Requirements:

What skills and experience you'll bring to us?

  • Education: GCSE/O-Level standard in Maths and English
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Service: Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
  • Administrative Skills: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive and professional approach to problem-solving
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Accuracy: High level of accuracy in data entry
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computer systems

What we offer:

  • Full-time position (37.5 hours/week)
  • Monday to Friday / 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (some flexibility with hours)
  • Salary: £24,000.00 per year
  • Training: 2 weeks, then continuous on-the-job training
  • Working Model: Office
