About the Role:

As a Customer Service Admin, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and exceeding expectations. You will gain a deep understanding of our client's activity, campaigns, products, vision, and values. You will master the administrative details of your assigned campaigns and handle all communications professionally. You will also update systems accurately and maintain campaign information in designated systems.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with excellent verbal and written communication skills, a passion for providing exceptional customer service, and strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. You should have a proactive and professional approach to problem-solving and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You should also have a high level of accuracy in data entry and proficiency in using computer systems.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000.00 per year and 2 weeks of training, followed by continuous on-the-job training. You will work in a full-time office environment, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with some flexibility with hours. We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.
