We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Service Admin.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Admin, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and exceeding expectations. You will gain a deep understanding of our client's activity, campaigns, products, vision, and values. You will master the administrative details of your assigned campaigns and handle all communications, including post, written correspondence, and other channels as agreed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the client's needs and requirements
  • Become a campaign expert and handle all communications
  • Update systems and maintain accurate records
  • Exceed performance targets and meet quantitative and qualitative goals
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on client and contact center requirements
  • Adhere to protocols and procedures

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with excellent verbal and written communication skills, a passion for providing exceptional customer service, and strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. You should have a GCSE/O-Level standard in Maths and English and be proficient in using computer systems.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000.00 per year, 2 weeks of training, and continuous on-the-job training. You will work in a full-time office environment with some flexibility in hours. Our working model is office-based, and we value diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
