Key Responsibilities- Environmental Compliance Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership on environmental compliance matters to our customers and stakeholders.
- Environmental Standards and Policies: Implement and maintain environmental standards, policies, and practices, including environmental management systems, training, risk assessments, and applicable environmental regulations.
- Compliance Audits and Investigations: Conduct environmental compliance audits of data centers and active construction sites to ensure compliance with environmental requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Incident Response and Reporting: Investigate and respond to environmental incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Compliance Record Keeping and Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and complete compliance records and data integrity.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and present findings to leadership.
- Collaboration and Consultation: Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with project teams to ensure environmental compliance is integrated into project planning and execution.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in environmental science, chemical engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in environmental compliance, technical resource, compliance specialist, program specialist, or program manager role.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Applied knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental laws, regulations, and standards.
- Software Experience: Experience with Cority and Procore software.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and develop solutions.
