About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies and procedures are implemented and maintained across all facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with facility management and maintenance teams to ensure fire and life safety controls are in place and maintained.
  • Provide training and support to employees on EHS policies and procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the company's sustainability strategy.
  • Coordinate with regional security manager to ensure appropriate life safety measures are in place.
  • Manage and coordinate facility programs and projects.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Diploma and a certified member of IOSH.
  • 5 years' experience in EHS work and activities related to environmental governance.
  • Desirable - Qualified ISO auditor.
