Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to address critical property issues, including capital projects and customer service enhancements.
  • Assist in developing realistic and meaningful hotel budgets and strategic goals for both short and long-term success.
  • Provide strong leadership to the hotel management team, ensuring targets are not only met but exceeded.
  • Respond proactively to audits to foster continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the service delivery across all operational departments to ensure guest expectations are consistently surpassed.
  • Adhere to and exceed the established hotel and company service standards.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, analyzing results regularly to identify and address any issues.
  • Develop and mentor department heads to facilitate career growth and effective succession planning.
  • Actively seek and respond to guest feedback to enhance satisfaction levels.
  • Conduct regular briefings and meetings with department heads to ensure effective communication.
