About the Role

As Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in leading our restaurant operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer feedback
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers and partners
