As a Senior Maritime Civil Engineer, you will be instrumental in all facets of maritime engineering within Transformational Programmes for essential UK infrastructure, with opportunities to engage in landmark engineering initiatives both domestically and internationally.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage teams responsible for technical design work, adhering to relevant design standards and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Define project briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
  • Effectively manage timelines and budgets to meet key project milestones.
  • Collaborate closely with teams in the UK and internationally to deliver cohesive design solutions.
  • Establish quality assurance standards in design processes.
  • Develop and enhance civil engineering capabilities within the organization.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Chartered Civil / Structural Engineer.
  • Proven experience in managing design delivery, including multidisciplinary design in the port and maritime sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of civil and structural design for port and maritime infrastructure, facilitating port operations, vessel berthing and mooring, and the movement of people and goods globally.
  • Hands-on experience with current UK and European design standards, including BS6349.

Compensation and Benefits:
