We are on the lookout for a skilled and seasoned HR Business Partner Manager to become a vital part of our innovative team and lead our people strategy across various regions.

In the role of HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in aligning our human resources strategy with our organizational goals, fostering strong and trustworthy relationships with senior leadership, and serving as a reliable advisor.


Key Responsibilities:

- Provide counsel and support to our management team, ensuring they engage in meaningful discussions with their teams and take responsibility for meeting business objectives.
- Assess the talent landscape within our organization and implement effective workforce management strategies for sustainable success.
- Champion our HR operational framework and adeptly navigate HR protocols and practices.
- Foster a positive and engaging employee experience, upholding our core values and culture.
- Ensure adherence to local laws, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with our legal team on personnel issues, offering guidance and assistance as necessary.

- Contribute to the development of our HR policies, engage in organizational restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Identify training requirements for our business units and provide executive coaching as needed.
- Continuously evaluate trends and metrics to create innovative solutions and programs in collaboration with our HR team.
- Drive cost-effective initiatives in HR-related areas, managing budgets efficiently.


Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in resolving complex employee relations challenges.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational assessment, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and employment legislation.
- Proficiency in English and German.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to understand and apply relevant laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies.
- Proven time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines.
- Self-motivated and independent in managing assigned projects.
- Strong cross-cultural awareness and ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
- Creative thinking and proficient workload organization.
- Customer-focused mindset and retail orientation.
- Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic environment.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and accountability.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
