Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Support Specialist to join our team at TRIA. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing 3rd line level support across a range of complex incidents, leading from a technical standpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through various channels to provide effective service to customer end users
  • Prioritization and management of allocated tickets, ensuring these are resolved within agreed SLAs
  • Provide in-depth technical diagnosis and resolutions of incidents around Azure, 365, and similar Microsoft platforms
  • Be a point of escalation for technical queries from the 1st and 2nd line teams

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of providing IT support at 3rd line level
  • Experience of administering and supporting the latest Microsoft Technologies (Azure, 365, Servers)
  • Ability to build, configure, and support Windows desktop systems
