Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote support to customers through a ticketing system, utilizing your technical expertise to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with fellow IT professionals to gain exposure to a range of technologies and further develop your skillset.
  • Work closely with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our customers.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience working in an IT Support role, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure Stack is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • A valid driver's license, as you will be required to travel to our head office in Portishead on a regular basis.
