Radis Community Care is seeking a caring and flexible Night Time Support Worker to join our team in Portishead. As a Night Support Specialist, you will work with clients to live independently within their own home and local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and medication administration
  • Assist with meal preparation and day-to-day household duties
  • Support with accessing the local community, such as shopping and activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
