  • Work closely with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our customers.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and proactive approach to customer support, consistently striving to exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience working in an IT Support role, with a strong understanding of technical support principles and practices.
  • A positive mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure Stack is highly desirable, but not required.
  • A valid driver's license, as you will be required to travel to our head office in Portishead on a regular basis.
