About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Fellow to join our team at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust. As a Clinical Fellow, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our orthopaedic services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of Specialist Registrars and Consultants.
  • Contribute to the perioperative management of orthopaedic surgical patients.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our orthopaedic services.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in a relevant field.
  • Full GMC registration and a license to practice.
  • Experience and understanding of peri-operative assessment, common post-operative conditions, and multi-disciplinary discharge to a community setting.
  • Advanced Life Support (ALS) or equivalent.
  • MRCS or equivalent.
