We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Fellow to join our team at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust. As a Clinical Fellow, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our orthopaedic services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of Specialist Registrars and Consultants.
- Contribute to the perioperative management of orthopaedic surgical patients.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our orthopaedic services.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in a relevant field.
- Full GMC registration and a license to practice.
- Experience and understanding of peri-operative assessment, common post-operative conditions, and multi-disciplinary discharge to a community setting.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) or equivalent.
- MRCS or equivalent.
