Business Finance Partner

Job Summary:

Aromatherapy Associates is seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Partner to join our team. As a key point of connection between the finance team and the Sales & Commercial team, you will play a crucial role in supporting regular financial reporting and carrying out ad-hoc analysis to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial analysis and provide insights to finance and non-finance colleagues
  • Coordinate financial forecast and budgeting procedures
  • Provide finance support for commercial sales and operational staff
  • Support decision making (pricing, new customers, new product development)
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across the business
Requirements:
  • Part qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA
  • Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
  • Able to commute to Head Office in Brentford up to three times per week
