Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

At DiverseJobsMatter, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting our business partners and driving organizational success.

Job Summary:

The Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our business leaders, focusing on talent management, performance management, and employee relations. You will work closely with our HR Director to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business outcomes and support our company's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and employees to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support organizational growth.
  • Provide guidance on talent management, performance management, and employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with HR Director to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business outcomes and support company mission.
  • Manage employee relations activity, including investigations and ER issues, and provide strategic advice to managers on relevant UK employment law.
  • Assist with ongoing review of policies and communications to ensure they are compliant and aligned to business and commercial goals.
  • Regularly review, analyze, and prepare insights based on available analytics to recommend future approaches and incentives.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Qualified (min level 5) and a strong HR generalist background at People Partner/HRBP level.
  • Exceptional people skills: strong listening abilities, empathy, and genuine curiosity to learn more about the people you are interacting with.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, working at an operational and management level.
  • Skilled and experienced in organizational development and change, talent management, performance management, reward, and learning and development.
  • Proven experience of resolving complex HR issues in a tactical but people-first manner.
  • Able to respond and adapt quickly under pressure, identifying and implementing process change where appropriate, with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstratable knowledge and experience of managing organizational change.
  • A deep understanding and proven experience of UK Employment Law & HR Practices, managing investigations and swiftly resolving ER issues.
  • Comfortable and confident utilizing a range of HR systems for performance management, L&D, and HR Admin.
  • The ability to influence and challenge decisions whilst building relationships.

  • Experience working within a technology or development organization.
