Job Summary

Ambition Europe Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Communications Executive to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a steady flow of internal communications, supporting various projects, and enhancing the firm's profile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Communications: Coordinate and draft internal communications, including newsletters and case studies, to effectively engage employees and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with digital teams, public relations, and marketing colleagues to maximize opportunities and drive business results.
  • Event Management: Assist in designing content and drafting key messages for internal events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Leadership Support: Provide strategic support to the Head of Communications on firm-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a professional services organization is desired.
  • Excellent verbal, copywriting, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication channels.
  • Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with SharePoint and email marketing (desirable).
