As an Internal Communications Manager, you will play a key role in creating and implementing internal communication strategies that effectively manage change within the organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing communication plans that engage and inform a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and implementation of internal communication strategies that align with the organization's global initiatives.
  • Develop and execute communication plans that effectively manage change within the organization, ensuring that employees are informed, engaged, and supportive of new initiatives.
  • Write, edit, and produce high-quality communication materials, including reports, presentations, and intranet content, that engage and inform a global audience.
  • Conceptualize and implement creative communication campaigns that resonate with diverse employee groups.
  • Ensure all campaigns are executed to the highest standard and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in internal communications, ideally within a large global organization.
  • Good experience in change communications, with a record of successfully managing communications during periods of change.
  • The ability to influence others, and engage and persuade senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience developing creative concepts and translating them into effective communication campaigns.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £22.50 per hour.
  • The opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with 1 day per week onsite in London.
