About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled and creative professional to lead our internal communications efforts. As Engagement and Internal Communications Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a global internal communications plan that aligns with our business objectives.
- Reviewing and developing processes and communication channels to ensure effective communication across our global business.
- Managing a Content Creator to ensure innovative assets are created for multiple platforms.
- Working with the Executive team to create a regular cascade of key business communications.
- Setting the brand tone of voice for internal communications and ensuring alignment with external communications.
- Collaborating with Marketing & PR to ensure our internal tone of voice is consistent with external messaging.
- Delivering day-to-day internal communications activity and creating visibility of key activity across the business.
- Ensuring all communications, including policies and procedures, are consistent across the business.
- Planning and leading the Social Committee for annual company events.
- Working with Retail Operations to create a framework for specific store communications.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Retail communication experience (4 years+).
- Experience of leading an engagement survey across multi-site & multi-brand business.
- Strong content creation experience.
- Understanding of multi-platform approach.
- Strong copywriting & editorial skills.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of brand and experience in consistently maintaining brand messaging.
- Creative thinker.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work in an agile environment.
