About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative professional to lead our internal communications efforts. As Engagement and Internal Communications Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a global internal communications plan that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Reviewing and developing processes and communication channels to ensure effective communication across our global business.
  • Managing a Content Creator to ensure innovative assets are created for multiple platforms.
  • Working with the Executive team to create a regular cascade of key business communications.
  • Setting the brand tone of voice for internal communications and ensuring alignment with external communications.
  • Collaborating with Marketing & PR to ensure our internal tone of voice is consistent with external messaging.
  • Delivering day-to-day internal communications activity and creating visibility of key activity across the business.
  • Ensuring all communications, including policies and procedures, are consistent across the business.
  • Planning and leading the Social Committee for annual company events.
  • Working with Retail Operations to create a framework for specific store communications.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Retail communication experience (4 years+).
  • Experience of leading an engagement survey across multi-site & multi-brand business.
  • Strong content creation experience.
  • Understanding of multi-platform approach.
  • Strong copywriting & editorial skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of brand and experience in consistently maintaining brand messaging.
  • Creative thinker.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work in an agile environment.
