We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Communications Manager to join our team at Capita. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective internal communications strategies that engage and inform our employees across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal communications strategies that align with our business objectives and values.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and communication across the organization.
- Design and deliver engaging internal communications campaigns that drive employee engagement and retention.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, leaders, and external partners.
