About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Communications Manager to join our team at Capita. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective internal communications strategies that engage and inform our employees across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to communicate key messages and updates to employees
  • Design and deliver engaging internal communications campaigns that drive employee engagement and retention
  • Manage and maintain our internal communications channels, including our intranet and email newsletters
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of our internal communications efforts and provide recommendations for improvement

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced communications professional who is passionate about internal communications and has a proven track record of success in this field. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
