Job Title: Senior Internal Communications Manager

About the Role

The LEGO Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Communications Manager to lead our global internal communications strategy and connect colleagues with our mission, values, and business ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop strategic global internal communication campaigns to engage colleagues globally and deepen colleague engagement and motivation.
  • Lead and implement global communication campaigns and plans around business priorities, critical changes, transformations, and sensitive topics such as organisational restructures.
  • Play a leading role in evolving our approach to global colleague engagement and internal communications, including approach to campaign planning and the use of data and research in colleague engagement.
  • Translate business / strategic priorities into relevant and engaging stories, content, and events tailored to the right moments, audiences, and channels.
  • Support senior leader communications, including coaching and equipping leaders to effectively communicate business priorities and organisational change.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts designed to attract and retain talent critical to delivering the Group's strategic ambitions.
