Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Manager to join our team at Michael Page Digital. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal communications strategy that drives employee engagement and supports our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic internal communications plan that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure effective communication of key messages and initiatives across the organization.
  • Design and implement engaging internal communications campaigns that drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Develop and maintain a range of internal communications channels, including newsletters, intranet content, and social media.
  • Source and share compelling stories and case studies from across the organization to showcase our successes and achievements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, senior leaders, and communications teams.
  • Provide guidance and support to Communications Champions and other communications colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Work closely with HR to support the delivery of key people moments, including employee recognition and reward programs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in internal communications, with a strong track record of developing and implementing effective communications strategies.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and stories.
  • Strong knowledge of internal social media channels and experience in creating engaging content.
  • Experience in event management and stakeholder relationship management.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and networks across a complex organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
