We are seeking a compassionate Relief Lodge Manager to cover absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an "as and when" basis at Lodges within reasonable travelling distance.
As a Relief Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property and providing a first-class service to Owners, promoting a happy and fulfilling lifestyle.
You will be based at a central desk within the development, administering the office, arranging contractors to maintain the building, and complying with health and safety checks and standards.
From facilitating social events to supporting the sales team with customer viewings, you will play a key role in the business and liaise with a range of departments and external contacts.
About YouThis role would suit someone based in the Wiltshire area, who is content to work "as and when required" (hours are not guaranteed). You will be comfortable with high levels of social contact and have an outgoing and friendly personality.
You will have previous experience of using MS Office applications and be computer literate. Previous property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer or hospitality experience would be advantageous.
