Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Director to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new enterprise-level clients and expanding relationships with current clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets for enterprise accounts.
  • Present the value of RudderStack's software to senior executives, primarily across technical functions (engineering, data, analytics).
  • Proactively source new leads and business opportunities, supported by a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SDR, customer success, and solutions consulting, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a SaaS sales closing position.
  • Strong understanding of customer data platforms and the broader marketing technology landscape.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
