We're experiencing significant growth and are seeking a driven Enterprise Solutions Director to join our dynamic Sales team. This role is crucial in driving revenue expansion by cultivating existing relationships and developing a thriving pipeline of new business opportunities. The Enterprise Solutions Director will forge strong customer connections while designing and executing strategic plans to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads through persistent prospecting activities, ensuring sufficient coverage to exceed quota targets.
  • Convert prominent global brands and large national/multinational prospects into profitable new business wins.
  • Qualify prospects, identify their needs, secure demonstrations, and establish productive dialogues with key decision-makers. Collaborate with internal teams to showcase our capabilities effectively.
  • Own the development of compelling new business proposals and oversee the creation of innovative solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Leverage global team expertise by networking across departments to support your objectives.
  • Consistently deliver against sales targets and manage the pipeline effectively.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about planned sales activities.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospects, their markets, and competitors.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, ensuring our offerings remain one step ahead. Stay abreast of new products and services available in the market.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP Sales, Marketing, and Client Services teams to develop a clear marketing strategy and lead on marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless transitions of new wins to account handling teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within our CRM system.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience selling software solutions to enterprise organizations, ideally within the HR/Talent or Digital Marketing sectors.
  • A consistent track record of exceeding quota targets both quarterly and annually.
  • Exceptional influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated tenacity, resilience, and creativity in converting new business leads.
  • Strategic mindset with adaptable sales expertise and excellent communication abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, always seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills to maximize productivity and efficiency.
