We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven German-Speaking SaaS Sales Director to join our growing team at Iopa Solutions in London. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative GRC SaaS solutions to enterprise clients within the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, focusing on enterprise clients within the BFSI sector.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Identify and target key opportunities within the German-speaking markets, leveraging your language skills and industry knowledge to build strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Provide expert guidance and insights to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline development, and market feedback to the senior leadership team.
- Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and optimize performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong focus on the BFSI sector.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in German, with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- Deep understanding of the BFSI sector, including the challenges and opportunities facing financial institutions.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
