Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic CRM Campaign Manager to become an integral part of our Brand and Marketing division. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams, including Go to Market, Creative, Tech, Customer Service, and Commercial, to design and execute impactful CRM campaigns for the E.ON Next and Sainsbury's Energy brands. You will take ownership of the entire CRM campaign process, from identifying business objectives to crafting marketing strategies and managing communication plans with creative assets from our internal studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business objectives.
  • Establish CRM campaign KPIs, marketing strategies, and communication frameworks.
  • Utilize insights and data to develop customer-centric strategies, employing tools such as Tableau and GWI.
  • Plan, execute, and enhance customer journeys across various platforms, ensuring effective communication post-sales.
  • Coordinate with the in-house creative studio to meet campaign requirements.
  • Develop project timelines and manage stakeholder approvals efficiently.
  • Set up, deploy, and optimize email and SMS campaigns using CRM management tools.
  • Oversee direct mail management with external print partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and provide updates to stakeholders on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and ASA regulations in all campaign outputs.
  • Conduct risk assessments of marketing materials, collaborating with legal teams as necessary.
  • Maintain brand consistency and champion brand metrics across all communications.
  • Work with the internal media team to develop paid media support for campaigns when required.
  • Refine customer segmentation data and behavioral triggers to enhance conversion rates over time.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM Campaign Management.
  • Experience in the energy sector is preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop effective campaign strategies and customer journeys.
  • Strong understanding of performance-driven marketing.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience leading creative and campaign initiatives.
  • Familiarity with automated marketing software solutions.
  • Proficient in leveraging data to optimize campaign performance.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in reporting on campaign performance and suggesting improvements.
  • Consistent implementation of brand tone of voice.
  • Willingness to think creatively and challenge the status quo.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience collaborating with startup brands or sub-brands is advantageous.
