We are seeking a dynamic CRM Campaign Manager to become an integral part of our Brand and Marketing division. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams, including Go to Market, Creative, Tech, Customer Service, and Commercial, to create and execute impactful CRM campaigns for our brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business objectives.
  • Establish CRM campaign KPIs, marketing strategies, and communication plans.
  • Utilize insights and data to develop customer-centric strategies, employing tools such as Tableau and GWI.
  • Design, implement, and enhance customer journeys across various platforms.
  • Coordinate with our in-house creative studio to meet campaign requirements.
  • Manage project timelines and stakeholder approvals effectively.
  • Oversee the setup, deployment, and optimization of email and SMS campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and ASA regulations in all campaign outputs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly updates to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the internal media team to develop necessary paid media support for campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM Campaign Management.
  • Experience in the energy sector is preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop effective campaign strategies and customer journeys.
  • Strong operational skills with the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading creative and campaign outputs.
  • Familiarity with automated marketing software and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
