The successful candidate will manage the entire CRM campaign lifecycle, from identifying objectives to strategizing marketing approaches and coordinating creative assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish business objectives.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for CRM campaigns and develop comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Utilize data insights to craft customer-focused strategies, employing tools like Tableau and GWI.
  • Design and optimize customer journeys across various platforms, ensuring effective communication throughout.
  • Work with the internal creative team to fulfill campaign requirements.
  • Manage project timelines and stakeholder approvals efficiently.
  • Set up, deploy, and refine email and SMS campaigns using CRM tools, ensuring accurate data handling.
  • Oversee direct mail campaigns in collaboration with external partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and provide updates to stakeholders on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and ASA regulations in all campaign outputs.
  • Conduct risk assessments for marketing materials, working closely with legal teams as necessary.

Qualifications:
