Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Card Operations team at Travelex. As the Head of Card Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our card program activities, ensuring issuer responsibilities are met, and programs are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationship with our Programme Manager
  • Regular reporting and monitoring for jurisdictions where Travelex holds issuing responsibilities
  • Resolve business or customer issues and drive process improvements
  • Ensure new products, features, and operating models are delivered effectively
  • Manage risks and issues related to the card program
  • Provide leadership and direct line management
  • Produce regular reporting and collaborate on business reviews

Requirements

  • End to End Cards program management experience, preferably Prepaid/Fintech
  • Issuing of Mastercard or Visa issuance and associated operating rules
  • Comfortable with JIRA or equivalent systems for request and issue management
  • Strong understanding of Card customer journeys
