Primary Educational Support Assistants - North Birmingham
Are you seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children?
Aspire People is eager to connect with passionate individuals.

We are on the lookout for Educational Support Assistants for various mainstream primary and specialist institutions in the North Birmingham area.

Ideal candidates should possess experience in working with children, particularly those with learning challenges such as autism, Asperger's syndrome, Down syndrome, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and emotional or behavioral difficulties.

The working hours are from 8:30 AM to 3:45 PM, and flexibility is essential as you will be engaging with a diverse range of children with unique needs.

Some children may be nonverbal, and personal care assistance may be required; familiarity with Makaton or PECS would be beneficial.

If you are a compassionate, friendly, and patient person looking to gain valuable experience in the special needs sector, this role could be an excellent fit for you.

A positive attitude and resilience are key traits that will help you thrive as an educational support assistant.

Although this position is on a supply basis, there is potential for flexible scheduling, allowing you to work up to five days a week.

All candidates registering with Aspire People will undergo a thorough referencing process spanning two years and will need to complete an enhanced DBS check.

If this opportunity resonates with you, we would love to discuss it further, so please ensure your contact information is current.

Aspire People offers:
* £100* joining bonus after completing 10 days of work

  • Comprehensive support whenever required
  • Holiday Pay
  • Assistance with assignments and guidance on CV and interview preparation
  • Safeguarding Training
* £250* referral bonus once your recommended candidate has worked 20 days

Aspire People Limited operates as an Education Agency and Education Employment Business.

Aspire People is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students and expects all candidates to share this commitment.

All placements are subject to appropriate Child Protection screening, including checks with previous employers and Disclosure and Barring Checks.
