We are seeking a passionate Literacy Educator who is open to the possibility of a long-term role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons in English from Key Stage 2 (KS2) to Key Stage 4 (KS4).
- Provide individualized support to students, ensuring they enjoy and benefit from their English education.
- Effectively manage challenging behaviors in the classroom.
The ideal Literacy Educator will possess:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS); Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with students with SEMH and Autism.
- A calm, patient, and nurturing demeanor.
- A solid understanding of child protection and safeguarding protocols.
- Experience in providing educational support on a one-to-one and small group basis.
- Strong classroom management skills.
